Event location
StudiTUM Garching

Target audience
students

For over 60 years, the student initiative WARR has been taking students where theory becomes reality: into space. WARR offers you a unique range of space projects. Would you like to be part of this mission?

At the WARR Space Robotics kick-off, find out how students develop rovers and concepts for space elevators and take part in international competitions.

WARR Space Robotics deals with the development of mobile robotic vehicles that are intended for use on foreign celestial bodies and can move independently over rough terrain, collect data or analyze samples. The teams are also working on concepts for space elevators, visionary space lifts that use an extremely stable belt to connect the Earth's surface with a station in space and could thus enable energy-efficient transportation into space in the long term.

At the kick-off event, you will gain exciting insights into past missions and current developments. Find out which tasks and roles you can take on yourself!
