Initiatives of the Deutschlandstipendium at TUM

The scholarship gives students one thing above all: time. Many of them use this time to get involved. Be it socially, organizationally or in planning. We are very pleased about this commitment!

Talente Spenden

Talente Spenden was founded in 2014 by scholarship holders of the Deutschlandstipendium and has since developed into a committed and dynamic community of students whose aim is to make a positive contribution to society and the environment through a variety of social projects.

1.000+

The TUM 1.000+ Project Week teaching format brings Master's students and companies together: The aim of the TUM-wide 1.000+ Project Week is to introduce TUM talent from all degree programs to German hidden champions and their corporate culture. At the same time, we give companies access to the young talent of tomorrow that is relevant to them!

Taking social responsibility

The Deutschlandstipendium at TUM means taking on social responsibility at various levels:

  • the sponsors, who provide targeted financial and non-material support to young talent;
  • TUM, which works to solve social problems through research and enables students to do the same in the future by providing them with an excellent education.
  • Last but not least, the students themselves, who, thanks to the financial leeway provided by the Germany Scholarship, have the time to get involved in society themselves!

With the freedom that the scholarship provides, many students engage in volunteer work. Our film shows a few examples.

The scholarship gave me time that I could use for my voluntary work.
